Manor House

The Casale Padronale, which is not currently used for accommodation, features a large living room with fireplace, TV room, kitchen with outdoor patio and wine cellar. The Casale Room, with private access from outside, is designed for receptive activity and can accommodate two people. On the second floor, accessible by a marble staircase, there is an elegant reception hall, a spacious dining room with fireplace and panoramic terrace that offers breathtaking views of Montepulciano and the entire property. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, and an additional bathroom with shower. The second floor houses a master bedroom with bathroom and panoramic views. The interiors boast Tuscan terracotta floors, cast-iron heating, air conditioning and wood-beamed ceilings.

Former Tobacco Dryer Building

This building houses a reception, bathroom, breakfast room with small kitchen and a panoramic terrace. On the second floor is the Terrace Suite, suitable for accommodation, with a living room with sofa bed and terrace, bedroom with a view of the pool, and bathroom with shower. The Suite can accommodate up to four people. On the lower floor, accessible from the outside, there is a Wellness & Spa with sauna, emotional shower, Turkish bath and massage room.

Former farmhouse

This space has been renovated to include four rooms intended for accommodation. Two classic rooms can accommodate two people each, while two king rooms, equipped with a bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath with music and color therapy, can accommodate up to three people each.

Exterior and Facilities

The property features a 14×7-meter saltwater infinity pool surrounded by a panoramic patio. There is a well for drinking water and a 15,000-liter cistern for automatic irrigation of the gardens. The complex is fully fenced, with three access gates. Plant technology is state-of-the-art, with a 13 kW photovoltaic system and a 10 kW integration being installed to achieve energy self-sufficiency.

All rooms are equipped with DAIKIN air conditioners, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The accommodation operates from March through November, with special openings for New Year’s Eve.
