This space has been renovated to include four rooms intended for accommodation. Two classic rooms can accommodate two people each, while two king rooms, equipped with a bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath with music and color therapy, can accommodate up to three people each.

The property features a 14×7-meter saltwater infinity pool surrounded by a panoramic patio. There is a well for drinking water and a 15,000-liter cistern for automatic irrigation of the gardens. The complex is fully fenced, with three access gates.
